Zircon Decor seeks a Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects from planning through final handover.
The role involves site supervision, project coordination, quality control, scheduling, and delivery safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Plan and update schedules; monitor progress, manpower, and resource allocation.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents before execution.
- Coordinate design changes and resolve technical and construction issues.
- Plan resources and monitor procurement and timely delivery of materials to site.
- Attend project meetings and follow up on actions.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and company standards; conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain project records.
- Coordinate inspections, snagging, testing, and handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- At least 5–8 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and construction methods.
