The Quality Controller inspects and verifies wood factory products throughout manufacturing.
The role ensures compliance with approved shop drawings, material specifications, project requirements, and company quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming wood, MDF, plywood, veneers, laminates, hardware, and finishing materials.
- Check dimensions, cutting accuracy, assembly, alignment, and finishing quality.
- Monitor quality during cutting, fabrication, sanding, polishing, and assembly.
- Verify finished products against approved shop drawings and project specifications.
- Report defects and non-conformities, follow corrective actions, and ensure defective items are corrected before approval and dispatch.
- Conduct final inspections before packing, delivery, and installation; ensure packaging protects products in transportation.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, and records.
- Inspect installed joinery and wooden furniture at project sites when required.
