  • Learn technologies, share knowledge, and explore solutions to technical challenges and processes.

Qualifications

  • Be enrolled in a post-secondary education program and have a graduation date after the co-op term ends.
  • Be legally eligible to work in Canada for the term without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Work from the Toronto office at least three days per week.
  • Bring customer empathy and interest in understanding customer insights.
  • Use AI tools for analysis, prototyping, and dashboards, with healthy skepticism and careful verification of their output.
  • Have programming experience in one or more languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go, and understand core data structures and coding concepts.
  • Bring structured problem-solving and debugging, project ownership, clear communication, collaboration, and eagerness to learn.

Additional technical skills

  • Git, AWS/GCP cloud platforms, and React are listed as a plus.

Compensation

  • The expected base pay range is $36–46 per hour.
  • The posting also lists a Toronto expected base pay range of $66,000–$125,500; the relationship between this range and the hourly range is unclear. Compensation may include cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits under applicable plans.
