Job Title : Wholesale Executive – Diffuser Machines & Aerosol
Department : Wholesale
Reports To : Wholesale Manager
Job Summary :
The Wholesale Executive is responsible for wholesale sales of diffuser machines and aerosol refills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development :
• Achieve wholesale sales targets for diffuser machines and aerosol products • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, and corporate accounts
2. Pricing, Contracts & Negotiation :
• Implement approved wholesale pricing and discount structures • Negotiate commercial terms and payment terms .
3. Forecasting & Operations Coordination :
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability
4. Market Intelligence :
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing models, and placement strategies
• Gather market feedback on fragrances, performance, and customer preferences
5. Reporting & Administration :
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and pipeline reports • Maintain accurate customer, contract, and sales data
6. Credit Control & Collections :
• Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with finance
7.Qualifications & Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, with 3 years of wholesale experience in UAE market .
• Car license is a must
8.Skills & Competencies :
• Strong commercial and analytical skills , Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in ERP and MS Excel/Google Sheet
