Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain blockchain and Web3 services for the WonnPay platform, including on/off-ramp and virtual bank account integrations.
- Integrate Ethereum, Polygon, Tron/TRC-20, Solana, and other supported networks; support stablecoins and additional assets.
- Build deposit and withdrawal flows covering address generation, monitoring, confirmations, fees, and reconciliation.
- Work with Fireblocks and other infrastructure providers; develop secure blockchain APIs and backend services.
- Implement monitoring, retries, failure handling, reconciliation, and security controls for keys, signing, wallets, and transaction authorization.
- Resolve transaction and infrastructure issues; collaborate across product, engineering, QA, compliance, and operations.
- Contribute to architecture, technical design, reviews, testing, releases, documentation, incident investigation, and root-cause analysis.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on blockchain/Web3 work.
- Strong blockchain fundamentals and hands-on experience with EVM-compatible networks and transaction processing.
- Required experience with crypto on/off-ramp integration and virtual bank account/Virtual IBAN setup and integration.
- Backend experience with Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar; REST APIs, event-driven services, databases, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of signing, wallet security, private-key/MPC concepts, and blockchain security.
- The Must Have list includes Fireblocks or similar custody platforms, Solana/SPL tokens, crypto payment providers or exchanges, Chainalysis or similar platforms, indexing/event processing, Solidity, AWS, relevant financial-services experience, and high-volume transaction systems.
- TRON/TRC-20 experience and Fireblocks or similar infrastructure are described as highly desirable in the qualifications.
