Customer Service Representative – Crypto & FinTech Experience

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other support channels.
• Assist with customer onboarding, account verification, transactions, payments, and app issues.
• Coordinate troubleshooting with Technology and Product teams; follow issues through resolution and update customers.
• Identify recurring issues, escalate complex or urgent concerns, and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Technology, and other teams while following company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Keep up to date on company products, services, and relevant FinTech and crypto developments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in crypto, FinTech, digital payments, banking, or financial services.
• Arabic and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong responsiveness, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and handle sensitive customer information with attention to detail.
• CRM, ticketing, or customer support platform experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital wallets, or payment platforms is highly preferred.
