A Wealth Management Director in Doha leads high-net-worth client portfolios, crafts bespoke investment strategies, and drives business growth in Qatar's affluent market.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds and manages relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, delivering tailored solutions in investments, insurance, lending, and Sharia-compliant products.
- Develops client acquisition strategies, conducts portfolio reviews, ensures regulatory compliance (e.g., QCB rules), and maximizes revenue through cross-selling.
- Oversees teams, analyzes market trends, prepares financial plans, and collaborates with private banking for seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications
Requires 10-15+ years in wealth management or private banking, with CFA/CFP preferred, proven HNW client track record, and Arabic proficiency advantageous.
Strong sales, financial modeling, and leadership skills essential.
Pay: QAR250.00 - QAR350.00 per hour
