🏦 Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
IT Project Manager
with strong expertise in
Asset & Wealth Management (AWM)
- and banking transformation programs.
- The role involves end-to-end delivery of complex banking initiatives across front, middle, and back-office systems.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
- Gather and document business and system requirements
- Identify process gaps and drive improvement solutions
- Lead delivery of AWM and banking IT projects
- Coordinate with business, operations, IT, and vendors
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Prepare BRD, FRD, and business impact analysis
- Manage SIT, UAT, and production deployment
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
- 🧠 Required Skills:
- 10+ years in IT Project Management (Banking)
- Strong experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Capital Markets
- Knowledge of custody, securities, and investment processes
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
