Role Overview

Employment and Workplace

• The position is full-time.
• The work location is in person in Dubai.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, digital marketing leads, and business development.
• Analyze client goals, risk appetite, investment horizon, and protection requirements.
• Advise on mutual funds, SIPs, dollar investments, life insurance, and term insurance.
• Recommend strategies for wealth creation, retirement, education, and other long-term goals.
• Promote global investment plans, USD-denominated savings, and international wealth accumulation solutions.
• Educate clients about global markets and portfolio diversification.
• Design financial plans combining investment growth and protection.
• Review portfolios and recommend adjustments based on markets and client objectives.
• Generate mutual fund investments through SIPs and lump-sum investments and grow AUM.
• Maintain client relationships through regular reviews and proactive engagement.
• Stay current on markets, investment opportunities, insurance products, and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least one year of wealth management experience.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and complex portfolios.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, SPL Global Dollar Investments, life insurance, and financial planning.
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyze financial data and market information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi and English fluency are required; additional languages are advantageous.

Compensation

• The advertised pay range is AED 3,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
