Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Handle backend operations for insurance and investment products.
• Process client documentation, application forms, KYC, and compliance verification.
• Coordinate with insurers, fund houses, and financial institutions for policy issuance and investment processing.
• Maintain client records, investment portfolios, and operational databases.
• Support SIP, mutual fund, insurance, PMS, and AIF transaction processing.
• Track policy renewals, investment updates, and client servicing requests.
• Prepare MIS and operational reports and documentation using MS Excel.
• Follow up on pending cases, approvals, and customer requirements.
• Support sales and relationship management teams with operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Handle customer queries about documentation, processing status, and renewals.
• Support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of backend operations experience, preferably in insurance, investments, or financial services.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products, mutual funds, SIPs, and investment processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred skills

• Experience with CRM or financial software is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE financial services operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance and KYC procedures is preferred.
