Hiring: Marketing Manager (Retail & Digital)

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing activities across multiple brands and industries. The role requires a balance between strategic planning and hands-on execution in both retail and digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (Retail & Digital)
• Manage campaigns, branding, and customer acquisition funnels
• Oversee performance marketing, social media, and content strategy
• Analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize ROI
• Coordinate across multiple business units and ensure brand consistency

Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering real, measurable marketing results
• Strong academic background in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in both Retail and Digital Marketing
• Strong analytical, leadership, and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities

Scope of Work:

You will handle marketing for the following brands:

DUX | SORO | ATOMIC | FBF | SEDAL | KAVA | AUDEX

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
