We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing real estate development company.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations related to real estate development projects.
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Handle accounts related to properties, projects, and real estate assets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with management to support strategic financial decisions.
Requirements
Proven experience in accounting within the real estate development sector.
Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, properties, and related financial activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
