Create real estate content, film property videos, edit social media content, and manage the company’s online presence.
Handle content creation from idea development and shoot planning through editing and publishing.
Key responsibilities
- Create property tours, real estate agent videos, community guides, developer project content, and company updates.
- Develop creative content ideas and prepare short video scripts.
- Coordinate with real estate agents during filming.
- Edit videos with transitions, subtitles, clear audio, and consistent branding.
- Create social posts, carousels, Stories, Reels, and video covers.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing videos personally filmed and edited.
- Experience in videography, video editing, and social media content creation.
- Experience managing social media accounts and writing clear English captions.
- Creativity, attention to detail, independence, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across Dubai for property shoots.
- Dubai real estate content experience is advantageous.
- Urdu and/or Hindi knowledge is an added advantage.
Compensation
- Monthly salary of AED 3,000–4,000, based on skills and experience.
Employment and workplace
- Full-time, on-site employment in Dubai.
- Editing software and creative tools are the candidate’s choice.
