Overview
We are hiring an experienced **Carpentry & Joinery Workshop / Fit-Out Work Manager** to oversee workshop operations and manage interior fit-out projects.
Location:** UAE
**Salary:** AED 7,000 – AED 12,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the carpentry & joinery workshop
- Supervise production, installation, and fit-out activities
- Ensure quality control and timely project delivery
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams
- Handle material planning, costing, and procurement
- Maintain health & safety standards in the workshop and site
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in carpentry, joinery, or fit-out works
- UAE/GCC experience is mandatory
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage site execution
- UAE driving license preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
