Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our fit-out division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing projects, and leading a team to deliver high-quality interior fit-out solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Enhance company portfolio by securing high-value projects
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Strong Team Management And Project Handling
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team including designers, and project coordinators.
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members
- Monitor team performance regularly and provide coaching, feedback, and training where required
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain high team morale and productivity
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring adherence at all stages
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee procurement, site activities, and vendor coordination when required
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out or related industry
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
