Social Media & Marketing Manager (Interior Design & Fit-Out Company (UAE)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing
• Experience in interior design, fit-out, or décor industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of branding, content strategy, and lead generation
• Excellent communication and creative skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create, plan, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and stories
• Work closely with the design and sales teams to promote ongoing interior and fit-out projects
• Run and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to improve marketing performance
• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing plans
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Handle client inquiries generated through social media platforms
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital channels
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for high-quality marketing materials
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
