Social Media & Marketing Manager (Interior Design & Fit-Out Company (UAE)
About This Role
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our growing interior design and fit-out company in the UAE.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing
- Experience in interior design, fit-out, or décor industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of branding, content strategy, and lead generation
- Excellent communication and creative skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, plan, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and stories
- Work closely with the design and sales teams to promote ongoing interior and fit-out projects
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to improve marketing performance
- Develop monthly content calendars and marketing plans
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Handle client inquiries generated through social media platforms
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital channels
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for high-quality marketing materials
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
