Overview
IMEP Engineering and Contracting LLC is looking for a highly experienced and proactive **MEP Coordinator / Document Controller** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the UAE or GCC construction industry, especially in airport projects and should be capable of handling responsibilities independently without close supervision.
We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable forward-thinking and able to make decisions that contribute positively to the company and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all MEP-related activities on site
- Manage and control project documents, drawings and submissions
- Ensure proper implementation of site procedures, rules and regulations
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, consultants, subcontractors and project teams
- Monitor project progress and support timely completion of works
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Identify issues proactively and provide practical solutions
- Support project execution to achieve better project results and company goals
Requirements
- Minimum several years of experience in UAE or GCC construction projects
- Strong experience as an MEP Coordinator and/or Document Controller
- Airport project experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of site procedures, documentation processes and construction standards
- Problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability
- Advanced thinking and strong sense of responsibility
Preferred Skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of construction documentation systems
- Strong teamwork and leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
