Responsibilities
- Plan daily tasks based on order volume and transactions to ensure on time processing and dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse admins and outsourced labor for assigned tasks, including picking, loading, off loading, segregation, and put away.
- Ensure proper material handling, quality, and safety compliance by following warehouse quality, safety, and security guidelines.
- Monitor daily outbound volumes and allocate resources accordingly to meet delivery timelines.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor and inventory controller.
- Coordinate with Inventory Management teams to ensure smooth execution of inbound, outbound, transfer, and cross dock operations.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on department activities and KPIs.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
- Provide on the job training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
- Identify and address training needs for the team to improve overall productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- 2 4 years of relevant experience
- Diploma is required, Bachelor's is preferred

Job Overview
