Lead and coordinate outbound warehouse operations to ensure efficient order processing, timely dispatch, and compliance with safety and quality standards within warehouse capacity and operational constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily tasks based on order volume and transactions to ensure on-time processing and dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse admins and outsourced labor for picking, loading, off-loading, segregation, and put-away.
- Ensure proper material handling, quality, and safety compliance.
- Monitor daily outbound volumes and allocate resources to meet delivery timelines.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks, reporting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Inventory Management teams for inbound, outbound, transfer, and cross-dock operations.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on department activities and KPIs.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Identify and address training needs for the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- A diploma is required, Bachelor's is preferred.
