Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor Company: Shrimp Shack In Riyadh
Are you a logistics pro with a passion for excellence? Shrimp Shack is looking for a dynamic and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and ensure our supply chain runs as smoothly as our signature sauces!
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee daily stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure 100% accuracy in stock records.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Operations: Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods (focussing on food quality and safety standards).
- Quality Control: Ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet Shrimp Shack’s high-quality specifications.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory, damages, and warehouse performance.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years in warehouse management (experience in the F&B or Food Industry is a huge plus).
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
