Warehouse Supervisor / Storekeeper

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and store activities.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain inventory records and record all stock movements.
• Issue materials to production and other departments against authorized requests.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with Procurement or Purchasing.
• Conduct physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages, and damages.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
• Coordinate loading and unloading and ensure materials are handled safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Supervise staff, allocate tasks, maintain stock documentation, coordinate with internal departments, and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or store operations.
• Manufacturing-environment experience is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or Senior Storekeeper.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

Pay

• Pay starts from AED 3,000 per month.
