Supports oversight of quality control activities to ensure products and processes meet company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Coordinate incoming material, in-process, and finished-product inspections.
- Review inspection records and prepare quality reports.
- Help investigate defects, customer complaints, and non-conformances; follow up on corrective actions.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Work with production and other teams to prevent quality issues and improve processes.
- Guide QC inspectors and coordinate their daily activities.
- Maintain quality documentation and records, and promote consistent standards across operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in the paper industry.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and relevant industry standards.
- Experience with FSC, BRC, ISO, or SEDEX audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Pay
- AED 8,000–9,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
