Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods to restaurant and coffee shop outlets. The role ensures stock accuracy, timely deliveries, and compliance with food safety and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to all outlets
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage items in line with hygiene and safety standards
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to manage stock availability
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and HACCP standards
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in F&B or retail
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
