About This Role
Job Purpose -
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely shipments.
This role involves supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training to enhance productivity.
The supervisor enforces safety protocols, optimizes workflow, and fosters a collaborative team environment to meet operational goals.
Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Storage space utilization
- Goods proper and timely receiving.
- Storing goods according to the standard and Supplier storage regulations.
- Proper timely picking and dispatch of goods
- Managing proper and timely shipping of export shipments
- Supervision of SAP system utilization, recording receiving and dispatch... Proper filing
- Applying the inventory count policy and result accuracy.
- Picking setting periority.
- Performance Agreements and Appraisals and workload distribution during peaks, absence and annual leaves.
- Reporting on warehouse activity ( GR / Dispatching ) Weekly
- Adminstrational cycles.
- Labor, external resources requests fullfilment, gaurantee approval and provide to finance settlement .
Candidate Requirements -
- Education - University Graduate but not limited to from a recognised college/ University.
- Experience - Work experience of 10 + years in a Warehouse with 2 years preferred experinence in team management.
