Warehouse Supervisor

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, loading, unloading, picking, packing, put-away, and dispatch.
• Allocate warehouse staff, equipment, and machinery to daily requirements.
• Verify GRNs, stock records, and warehouse documentation.
• Plan storage according to shipment needs, cargo weight, volume, and condition.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and truck or container placement with relevant teams.
• Ensure stock arrangement, rotation, safe storage, and timely dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and clear aisles.
• Monitor cargo and property for damage or other issues and report them.
• Prepare daily reports and update the Warehouse Manager.
• Train and supervise staff and ensure procedures and safety requirements are followed.

Mandatory requirements

• At least four years of relevant warehouse supervisory experience is mandatory.
• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse In-Charge, or similar supervisor.
• Experience managing manpower; hands-on receiving, cargo handling, picking, packing, put-away, and dispatch.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse documentation, including GRN.
• Experience coordinating trucks or containers and shipment schedules.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, housekeeping, and cargo storage.
• Good English communication and basic computer or MS Office skills.
• Ability to independently manage daily operations and supervise warehouse staff.
• Freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, cargo, or supply-chain experience is preferred.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
• Benefits include company visa, medical or health insurance, and paid annual leave.

Schedule

• Sunday off.
