Role overview
Full-time, permanent Sales Executive role developing new business and growing freight forwarding and logistics services in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Prospect through calls, meetings, networking, and client visits.
- Generate business for sea freight, air freight, land freight, and customs clearance.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and coordinate with operations for shipment handling.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience; shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Able to approach new customers and generate business; good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- UAE market knowledge is an advantage; existing logistics or shipping customer contacts are a plus.
Compensation
- AED 2,500–3,000 monthly salary plus 3% commission on profit generated from business brought by the Sales Executive.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
