A Warehouse Supervisor is integral to the success of a company's logistics and supply chain management.
In this role, you will oversee the storage, distribution, and maintenance of inventory within a warehouse environment.
Your leadership will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse activities, from managing incoming and outgoing shipments to coordinating warehouse staff.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the warehouse efficiently and effectively.
- Implement and monitor warehouse operational policies and standardized procedures.
- Ensure all inventory processes are completed on the same day to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain quality control standards to manage product damages and discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area for easy accessibility.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with logistics departments to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
- Monitor and manage labor costs to align with financial goals of the warehouse.
- Address and resolve employee issues and internal conflicts in the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company's safety standards.
- Maintain records, logs, and documentation regarding warehouse activities and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
- Minimum of three years experience in a warehouse supervisory role is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary for success.
- Proficiency with warehouse management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective management and team coordination.
- Ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- In-depth understanding of warehouse safety protocols and regulations.
