Role overview

Warehouse operations and fulfilment

• Manage daily inventory control, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and distribution.
• Oversee inbound shipment receiving, quality checks, goods receipt note completion, and put-away.
• Own fulfilment across retail stores, e-commerce, marketplaces, wholesale, and export customers.
• Prioritize store replenishment and online marketplace orders to meet accuracy, service levels, and delivery timelines.
• Optimize workflows and manage dispatch using the company fleet, couriers, and third-party logistics partners.
• Monitor backlogs, pending orders, performance, and inventory availability; take corrective action.
• Maintain alignment between physical stock and ERP records, with accurate movement records.

Team, processes, and controls

• Supervise, coach, and develop 30–35 warehouse employees.
• Improve receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes.
• Manage customer, marketplace, and store returns, including processing and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, shipment records, and inventory reports.
• Maintain warehouse security, housekeeping, health and safety, and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment and company vehicles.

Requirements

• At least 8 years in a similar warehouse management role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution.
• Experience with retail store distribution and knowledge of locations across the UAE.
• Extensive high-volume e-commerce and marketplace fulfilment experience, including Amazon, Noon, and other platforms.
• Import and export shipment experience, including familiarity with customs regulations.
• Experience leading a team of 30 employees.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and work flexible or extended hours when required.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle are mandatory.
