Key Responsibilities
- Continuous improvement, execution, go‐live, and stabilization
- Dealer‐facing communication and service recovery
- Daily operational execution and team leadership
- Warehouse storage efficiency and slotting optimization
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field of study
- Supervisory/Managerial experience in logistics, distribution, manufacturing or warehousing
- Previous experience working in a union environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/build strong teams
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of LEAN manufacturing systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
