Basic Qualifications

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Automotive Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • · Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Automotive Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • · Ability to interpret detailed business requirements, policies, statutes, and supporting documentation and apply them consistently to individual cases.
  • · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including calculation validation, exception identification, and evidence-based decision support.
  • · Strong organization and case-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
  • · Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain requirements and decisions to dealers and internal audiences.
  • · Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • · Experience in automotive warranty, dealer operations, reimbursement processing, claims administration, auditing, or a related operational function.
  • · Experience reviewing repair orders, customer-pay transactions, dealership financial documentation, or retail service records.
  • · Experience working with third-party processing partners, quality-control reviews, and KPI-based operational management.
  • · Knowledge of dealer labor-rate and parts-markup reimbursement methodologies and applicable state franchise-law requirements.
  • · Experience with Power BI, data visualization, workflow automation, or comparable analytical tools.
