Job Overview
Proper supervision of warehouse operations (Receiving, Binning, Storage, Picking & Dispatch) to improve productivity by ensuring the right parts are handled at the right time with the right quality.

Major Activities
- Manage the implementation of Toyota Production System (TPS) in the main warehouse operation to ensure parts are stored and piled according to targeted levels.
- Ensure the right parts are handled at the right time with the right quality, fully utilizing available warehouse resources at PIO sub-warehouse per company policies.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Planning, Inventory, and PD departments for submission of parts and documentation such as PIO order slips and parts discrepancy reports.
- Manage daily implementation of 5S, PPO Audit, and IMTITHAL, and update and display stock reports on a daily and monthly basis.
- Develop succession plans and training programs for team members.
- Prepare annual leave plans for reporting staff to avoid conflicts between vacations and daily operations.
- Manage knowledge transfer to staff and implement succession plans to improve staff satisfaction and productivity and develop multi-skilled workers.
- Monitor sections, set new targets for each section, and institute control of operation costs per approved company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Business or high school education.
- 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years in warehouse operations.
- English and Arabic language proficiency.

Daily target for distribution of parts without delay.
