Purpose of the Job
Responsible for placing POs to international and local suppliers, achieving a 99% service rate with reliable supply by monitoring orders, shipping follow-up, order tracking, and LC/payment follow-up with finance.
Lead the procurement function with integration of the procurement team and suppliers.
Manage order tracking documentation from ordering to delivery at the customer end.
Key Accountabilities
- Parts availability fulfillment.
- On-time ordering to suppliers and timely follow-up with suppliers.
- Supplier performance evaluation submitted on time.
- Timely payment to suppliers.
- Manage and maintain overall orders and supply flow for smooth operation.
- Manage integration and functioning of the procurement team.
- Calculate order quantities based on supplier capacity and place orders on time.
- Ensure and monitor organizational KPI achievement through proper reporting in the supply chain function.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, quality, IT, and other departments to support ongoing projects.
- Ensure real-time data entry in the IT system and highlight issues and new requirements.
- Maintain control of operations, on-time shipping deliveries, locations, and safety risk measures.
- Conduct regular team meetings on achievements and challenges.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 7 years or more experience in purchasing, procurement, and logistics.

- Active learning, stress tolerance, achievement/effort, awareness, and problem-solving.
- Problem sensitivity, deductive reasoning, and good knowledge of different business functions.
- Strong leadership qualities.
