Supervise warehouse operations at PIO warehouses to improve productivity and use available resources effectively.
Ensure parts are handled at the right time and with the right quality, following company policies.
Warehouse operations
- Manage Toyota Production System implementation and targeted parts storage levels in the main warehouse.
- Coordinate parts submissions and stock documentation with quality, production, planning, inventory, and PD departments.
- Conduct daily 5S, PPO, and IMTITHAL audits; update and display stock reports daily and monthly.
- Monitor container receiving and GRN processing in JSAP, warehouse storage, and parts-order dispatch.
- Set section targets and control operating costs under approved policies and procedures.
Team and performance
- Develop succession plans and training programs, transfer knowledge, and develop multi-skilled team members.
- Prepare staff annual leave plans to protect daily operations.
- Track timely daily parts distribution and support monthly and six-monthly audits.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma in Business or high school education.
- At least 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years in warehouse operations.
- English and Arabic are listed as languages.
