The jobs in this level are responsible for performing basic tasks and some standardized routine activities and maintaining high level of, gathering information, following up on ordered and received goods under minimal supervision, and Jobs in clearance in this level are responsible for clearing the shipment in all KSA airports ,dry port and sea port, other Jobs in this level are responsible for handling incoming or out coming materials in raw, packaging and finish warehouse with computer system and to lead WH Workers, and performing basic tasks and some standardized routine activities and maintaining high levels of gathering information and following up, and coaching lower WH Jobs.
Responsibilities
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Follows all relevant Logistics instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Coaches lower level jobs on simple tasks to ensure compliance with set guidelines and internal processes.
- Follows all relevant procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Shifts, Cleans, shrinks materials and delivers needed to different locations.
- Prepares Shipments of the ready finished items to shipping areas
- Enters data to the system and keep the records for maintenance orders and projects orders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicates internally with other departments to ensure the progression of work.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
