Overview
The jobs in this level is responsible for providing basic routine clerical services within SETRA to support the business activities and services.
Follows all relevant administration instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of work.
Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Exchanges information and/or clarifies facts by telephone or in person, acting as the contact point for enquiries to ensure availability of data.
Screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answers routine questions, and furnishes information, when possible to ensure that operations are running smoothly.
Receives and registers incoming and outgoing mail to ensure that the mail is distributed to the concerned party.
