Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, stock, machines, equipment, tools, and spare parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and document stock movements, issues, and returns.
- Supervise the team, assign daily tasks, and monitor progress and completion.
- Ensure installations, repairs, maintenance, deliveries, collections, and other assigned jobs are completed properly and on time.
- Check completed work and follow up on delays, incomplete tasks, or performance issues.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, equipment use, and team discipline.
- Prepare reports in Excel and share them with the Operations Manager.
- Take ownership of daily operations and report important issues to management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory, administration, or staff supervision.
- Strong people-management, accountability, organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to take responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.
- UAE experience is preferred; a UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time role with in-person work location.
