Warehouse Keeper

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Receive materials and goods and reconcile them with purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Store materials in their designated locations in accordance with proper storage standards.
• Issue materials based on approved requests and document all issuance transactions in the system.
• Conduct periodic and annual stock counts and reconcile physical balances with book records.
• Record inventory movements (inbound/outbound) in the company system.
• Monitor inventory levels and submit replenishment requests when reaching the minimum threshold.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization and enforce safety requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory movement and slow-moving items.

Requirements

• High school certificate as a minimum (Warehouse Management diploma preferred).
• Minimum of one year of experience in warehouse and inventory operations.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to and discipline with the assigned working hours.
• Professional level English language is a must.
