Warehouse coordination
- Coordinate assigned 3PL customer needs and daily warehouse requirements through timely communication and execution.
- Coordinate receiving, put-away, stock movement, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and customer-specific handling.
- Manage WMS order, receiving, inventory adjustment, picking, dispatch, and accuracy-check activities.
- Prepare daily operational, inbound/outbound, handling, stock movement, customer update, and performance reports.
- Validate handling, storage, value-added service, applicable transport charges, and billing data.
- Coordinate requirements across warehouse, operations, customer service, finance, transport, inventory, procurement, and management.
- Monitor service levels, pending orders, issues, stock discrepancies, and delays; escalate when needed.
Warehouse HSE responsibilities
- Maintain HSE inspection, safety meeting, training, toolbox talk, risk assessment, incident, and corrective action records.
- Conduct HSE inspections, safety observations, housekeeping and PPE checks, equipment safety checks, and emergency readiness checks.
- Participate in HSE meetings, toolbox talks, safety briefings, site surveys, risk reviews, and operational safety discussions.
- Identify hazards and unsafe conditions, support incident and near-miss reporting and root cause analysis, and follow corrective actions through closure.
- Support safe storage, material handling, forklift and pedestrian movement, racking, applicable chemical storage, emergency exits, and housekeeping.
- Support customer and internal audits, compliance reviews, and HSE performance reporting; promote hazard reporting and safety awareness.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or qualification.
- More than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Warehouse coordination experience; 3PL experience preferred.
- Knowledge of WMS and inventory management, and understanding of inbound and outbound operations.
- Experience in customer coordination, billing support, reporting, and internal stakeholder management.
- Practical understanding of warehouse HSE documentation, safety inspections, toolbox talks, incident reporting, hazard identification, PPE, housekeeping, emergency readiness, and corrective actions.
- HSE certification, First Aid, Fire Safety, or Chemical Handling Awareness certification is an added advantage.
