About the role

Manage warehouse materials and stock, support textile printing and heat press operations, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

Work with production and customer service teams to complete orders accurately, pack them neatly, and meet delivery deadlines.

This is an active, practical role involving careful fabric handling and varied daily tasks.

Job type and pay

  • Full-time role.
  • Pay is AED 2,800 to AED 3,000 per month, inclusive of transportation and accommodation.

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
  • Saturday work may be required during periods of high order volume.

Warehouse and production duties

  • Receive, inspect, label, organise, and store deliveries and materials; maintain stock records, conduct counts, and flag shortages.
  • Prepare, measure, and cut fabrics and assist with printing and heat press operations under approved procedures.
  • Record production quantities and material usage, and report equipment faults or production issues.
  • Pick and inspect orders, verify design, fabric, and quantity, then fold, pack, and label items for dispatch.
  • Coordinate collections and deliveries, track shipments, maintain handover records, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Update trackers, coordinate priorities with colleagues, and provide clear handovers and daily updates.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas, protect stored fabrics, follow safe handling procedures, and assist with opening and closing checks.

Required skills and qualifications

  • English communication and ability to follow written and verbal instructions are required.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking, including Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to measure fabrics, count stock, check order details, work on your feet, and safely move packages and materials.
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, teamwork, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn printing and heat press equipment operation is essential.
  • Previous warehouse, order fulfilment, textile, or production experience is preferred; printing or heat press experience is an advantage.

Work location

  • Work location is in person in Dubai.

Selection process

  • Shortlisted candidates may complete a practical assessment covering fabric measurement, order checking, and packing.
