Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and log shipments of loose stones, finished pieces, and packaging materials against purchase orders.
- Pick, tag, and securely package jewelry orders for retail stores, wholesale clients, and e-commerce customers.
- Conduct daily or weekly cycle counts and stock audits using basic ERP systems or Microsoft Excel.
- Follow high-value asset security protocols, vault sign-in/sign-out rules, and loss-prevention measures.
- Inspect, log, and securely store returned or exchanged jewelry items.
- Keep packing and storage areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
