Experienced Store Manager needed to oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
Role requires strong leadership, inventory management, and focus on achieving store goals while maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate store team to meet sales targets and deliver top-notch customer service.
- Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely restocking.
- Handle cash management, daily reporting, and store budgets.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Ensure all security standards related to CCTV, security alarms, and similar are met.
- Keep self knowledgeable of the Store Manager responsibilities and take over in the manager's absence.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Pleasing personality and positive attitude.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent product knowledge.
