We are seeking a dedicated and reliable **SAP Warehouse Administrator** to join our team.
The selected candidate will undergo one month of training in Dubai before being transferred to KSA for deployment.
The role involves managing warehouse operations through SAP, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting logistics activities, and ensuring smooth warehouse administration.
Job Responsibilities
- Process and maintain warehouse transactions in SAP.
- Monitor and update inventory records accurately.
- Prepare stock, inventory, and warehouse reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for receipts, dispatches, and stock movements.
- Support stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
Requirements
- Knowledge of warehouse administration or inventory experience.
- Basic knowledge of SAP systems preferred.
- Knowledge in MS Excel
- Hindi speaking and understanding is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and good organizational abilities.
- Willing to undergo 1 month training in Dubai and relocate to KSA.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,800.00 per month
