Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Support performance appraisals, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage HR-related tasks through government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Absher.
- Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR processes.
- Experience with HRMS and government portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- English required; Arabic preferred.
- Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
