Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes, documentation, and compliance in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle visa processing, Iqama issuance/renewal, transfers, and cancellations
- Manage employee-related services through Absher and Qiwa
- Liaise with government authorities such as Jawazat and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
- Process company registrations, license renewals, and official documentation
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of employee and company documents
- Track expiry of visas, Iqamas, and official documents
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PRO in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Iqama, visa, and government procedures
- Familiarity with online portals (Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.)
- Good communication skills **(Arabic & English preferred)**
- Ability to manage deadlines and government processes efficiently
- Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
