Job Summary
We are seeking an engaging, polished, and multilingual waiter/waitress to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and well-set at all times
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Handle payments and maintain receipts as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong customer service skills
