The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, attentive to detail, and capable of creating a welcoming shopping experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with flower selections, bouquets, and gift arrangements
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the shop
- Receive, arrange, and replenish floral products and related merchandise
- Support inventory monitoring and stock management
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high standard of service at all times
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a flower shop, gift shop, or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and basic cash-handling skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required
