J Restaurant Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Chef to join our culinary team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate is passionate about quality food preparation, maintains high kitchen standards, and is capable of delivering consistent products in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to company standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality
- Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings with proper food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail
