Service duties
- Prepare service stations and pantry; ensure enough china, cutlery, and glassware are available.
- Remove dirty dishes, clear and reset tables, and keep service stations clean and tidy.
- Obtain equipment as requested by the headwaiter and arrange tables and chairs according to the table plan.
- Follow the service sequence and deliver orders from the kitchen and bar.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor and support departmental operations.
Work expectations
- Report for duty on time and in clean attire.
- Learn menu terminology for food items and beverages.
- Follow department policies, procedures, and standards of performance.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
