Duties
- Prepare mise en place for service stations and pantry.
- Maintain sufficient china, cutlery, and glassware before and during service.
- Remove dirty dishes, clear and reset tables after guests depart, and keep service stations clean and tidy.
- Obtain requested service equipment and arrange tables and chairs according to the table plan.
- Follow the service sequence and deliver orders from the kitchen and bar.
- Learn menu terminology for food and beverages.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor and support departmental operational effectiveness.
Work Standards
- Report for duty on time and in clean attire.
- Follow department policies, procedures, and standards of performance.
