We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Waitress with experience in luxury hospitality.
The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a refined and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-end, personalized table service following luxury hospitality standards
- Greet and escort guests with professionalism and warmth
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make informed recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
- Serve food and beverages according to fine dining etiquette
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4+ years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high-end venues
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
